Thanks to many photographers and the cooperation of national record committees the AERC will regularly offer series of identification pictures, mainly focusing on twin species and particular identification problems. New pictures will be announced on mailing lists at a regular basis. Hopefully, these pictures will foster ID discussions on the mailing lists and provide interesting reference material. Photographers who are interested to contribute are invited to send scans of their pictures to the webmaster marnix.vandegehuchte@pandora.be. Anyone who is willing to send in pictures should give the date and locality of the picture, any useful details (taxon, age, plumage). Photographers will always be acknowledged by mentioning their names on the pictures.
